UPRAWR Mental Health Foundation is a brand new mental health charity, we'll offer 100% free counselling to people aged 18 to 35 who can relate to the alternative and rock music scene. We run our counselling sessions from UPRAWR Studios where we’ve turned our practice rooms into cool and relaxed counselling suites so people can come along and talk to counsellors they're able to relate to in a non-clinical environment. We run as an independent charity, receiving no NHS funding – hopefully lightening the load so those people we cannot help have more chance of receiving aid elsewhere.
