A Better Life for People with Rheumatoid Arthritis NRAS is the only patient-led charity in the UK specifically for people with rheumatoid arthritis, their families and carers, providing information, support and advocacy. Our website has a wealth of information about living with RA, treatments and the latest research and developments. The NRAS freephone helpline 0800 298 7650 is open from 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday - Friday. Our trained helpline staff are there to answer your questions on all aspects of living with RA, with support from our team of medical advisors.
