TheGivingMachine team were delighted to be finalists in the Social Enterprise category of the Hertfordshire Life Business Awards 2015. Winning the category was an even bigger surprise and of course we are over the moon.
As part of the judging process, Jackie Towndrow from Blue Arrow and and Jenna Bateman who is Sales Manager at Knebworth House visited us to find out more.
We talked about our objective in enabling companies, customers and communities to thrive together and how we enable internet shoppers to give for free. The great thing about our business is that we have a great deal of data so showing how much we have impacted Hertfordshire causes was easy to demonstrate. They also got to meet the office cat Hector.
Being the winners of Hertfordshire Life Business Awards 2015 was only possible because we serve a fantastic base of givers, causes and retailers. Not forgetting the dedication and energy of TheGivingMachine Team both past and present.
